Image Import/Configuration

Adding images to your website has never been easier!

This simple image import/configuration window (pictured left) contains everything you need to add, resize, optimize and configure images for your website.

A - Displays the name/location of the currently selected image, and allows you to assign "ALT" text (a text alternative for visually impaired website visitors). This feature even allows you to link to image files on other websites.

B - Allows you to determine how text should wrap around the image. This section also allows you to set both horizontal and vertical "padding" around the image and add a border if desired.

C - A preview display of the selected image. The preview pane automatically scales large images down so they fit comfortably within this window. When an image is scaled down, your mouse cursor will change to a magnification tool, allowing you to "upsample" the image to its full size.

D - This list contains all images currently loaded into the website. To insert an existing image into your web page, simply select the image from the list and click the "OK" button.

E - Image Upload/Import Form. Use this form to quickly upload new images to the website. The system allows you to upload images directly from your digital camera's memory card without needing to use complicated FTP software or expensive image editing software to resize the image and optimize it for web browser viewing ...
